We now have carts available for recycle service. Everything can just be thrown in the cart--no sorting! Recycle carts are picked up every other week.

Yard Waste Service

Yard Waste Collection is a seasonal service which runs from April 1st-December 1st each year. 

• GARBAGE COLLECTION RULES
  

  Garbage Collection is weekly and begins at 6:00am.
  PLEASE HAVE YOUR CART AT THE CURB-LINE BY 6:00am.
  RERUNS ARE $10.00 EACH.
  Your garbage may be picked up anytime between 6:00am and 5:00pm on your garbage day.
  
  Wheeled containers are provided for your use, but are the property of ZAMORA'S DISPOSAL.
  
  ALL CARTS ARE FOR SINGLE FAMILY USE. CARTS ARE NOT TO BE SHARED.
  If we determine that you are sharing the cart, your statement will reflect double charges for such.
  
  CART LIDS SHOULD BE CLOSED WITHOUT GARBAGE STICKING OUT THE TOP.
  DRIVERS MAY BE UNABLE TO MOVE AND EMPTY YOUR CART
  IF GARBAGE IS STICKING OUT THE TOP.
  
  EXTRA GARBAGE: Bag additional garbage and place beside the garbage cart.
  YOU ARE ALLOWED 2 EXTRA 30 GALLON GARBAGE BAGS BESIDE THE 95 GALLON CART.
  NO EXTRA IS ALLOWED NEXT TO THE 65 GALLON CONTAINER.
  ANY ADDITIONAL BAGS BESIDE WHAT YOU ARE ALLOWED WILL BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY TO YOUR NEXT BILL OR WILL NOT BE PICKED UP.
  LARGE AMOUNTS OF GARBAGE: Such as a move-out, are not collected until paid for ahead of time. Please call to make arrangements.
  LARGE ITEMS: Large items such as carpet, furniture, appliances, etc. need to have a scheduled pick-up.
  You need to call ahead to schedule for such items, and billing arrangements made. If you do not call ahead, these items WILL NOT be picked up. Also, if you have a past due bill, we will NOT pick-up additional items. Additional charges will apply for large items.
  
  YARD WASTE:
  YARD CARTS ARE AVAILABLE: PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE TO ORDER ONE.
  NO YARD WASTE IS ALLOWED IN GARBAGE CART.
  IF THERE IS YARD WASTE IN YOUR GARBAGE CART IT WILL NOT BE EMPTIED.
  NO plastic bags are allowed in yard cart.

  YARD WASTE IS A SEASONAL SERVICE AND CANNOT BE CANCELED AND RESTARTED DURING THE SEASON. ONCE YOU SIGN UP YOU ARE EXPECTED TO KEEP THE SERVICE THROUGH THE END OF THE SEASON AND THEN CANCEL IF YOU WISH.

  WHEN THE SEASON IS OVER, JUST STORE THE CART TIL THE SPRING AND WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY START THE SERVICE FOR YOU ON APRIL 1ST.

  
  
  BILLING: All bills have account information, including account numbers, billing dates, total due and due date. ACCOUNTS ARE PRE-BILLED.
  
  Please pay your bill by the due date. There is a charge of $1.50 for late notices.
  If you ever have any problems paying your bill, please call, we will work with you.
  
  We are VERY strict on our due dates and if your bill does not get paid in a timely manner,
  your account will be suspended until payment is received.
  All unpaid accounts are turned over to a 3rd party collection agency.
  Your account will be charged $10.00 for any returned checks.
